Fees & Payments
Invoices, online payment, receipts and reminders.
Most fees offices run on a spreadsheet of who owes what, a bank statement, and a pile of receipts written by hand.
Fees & Payments bills from the register the rest of the school already keeps. You set out what is charged — by year group, boarding or day, house — and which concessions apply, and a term's invoices are drafted for every pupil in one step, to be checked before anything is sent. A second child's sibling discount applies itself, because the register already knows who is whose sibling.
Each family gets its invoice by email with a link to pay it online and download the receipt — no account to set up. Cash and cheques at the office get a numbered receipt too, and reminders go to the families who have not paid, and stop for the ones who have.
HOW IT CONNECTS
