RESULTS & CASE STUDIES

Results from real campuses.
How the work gets done.

CampusOS draws on systems Art of Tech Consulting built and supported in real schools. These are the stories behind that work.

Reported outcomes from the original deployments. Individual results depend on scope and starting conditions.

UWC INDIA · ADMISSIONS · 2022

UWC India: from email chains to one admissions workflow.

Increase in fee collection,
reported in the published case study
+50%

The UWC Indian National Committee’s admissions team coordinated applications across legacy systems, email and spreadsheets. AoTC’s published case study describes 100–130 hours of administrative coordination per cycle.

What changed

The engagement brought intake, reviewer assignment, scoring and shortlisting into a connected workflow. Reviewers could record assessments independently, while the admissions team could track progress without chasing status updates.

The same case study reports a 700% improvement in operational efficiency within the first year. It does not publish the calculation method, so that figure should be read as AoTC’s reported outcome.

How it informs CampusOS

CampusOS Admissions is built on the form engine, confidential references, consent, fees and waivers developed through this work. CampusOS makes that same workflow available to any institution.

UWC CENTRAL ASIA · ASSESSMENT · 2023

UWC Central Asia: assessment and reporting in one place.

The original assessment project addressed work spread across spreadsheets and paper. It brought continuous assessment, moderation and parent-facing reporting together, with analytics mapped to IB criteria.

How it informs CampusOS

The reporting and academic coordination experience behind Faculty & Classes comes from this work. The current module’s capabilities are described on its own page.
